Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is incorrect.
- The item is the wrong size.
- The item is damaged or defective.
2. Non-Eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns for personal preferences, including:
- Disliking the color, style, or feel of the item.
- The item fits according to the size but is no longer wanted.
3. Quality Assurance & Sizing Issues:
If you believe the item is the wrong size, please fill in our sizing survey of your experience wearing the product for us to verify the fit, and continue to improve our sizing experience for customers in the future.
If confirmed that the item is too small or too large, we will offer a replacement. For customers outside the UK and US, our standard return process applies.
4. Refunds & Exchanges:
- We do not offer refunds for non-eligible reasons, such as personal preference or change of mind.
- Exchanges are available if the item qualifies under our return conditions.
- For returns due to size or quality issues, we may offer a replacement or follow our standard return process for customers outside eligible countries.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

- To start a return, please contact us at info@modaracare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), custom products (personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Returns:
We cannot accept returns outside of the United States or United Kingdom due to not having processing units in other countries.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note, a deduction for international shipping costs may be applied to the full value of your purchase.
